Students cannot manually complete inline folders

      1. Log in as Admin
      2. Add a 'Folder' resource to a course and adjust settings to the following...
      3. Under 'Activity completion', make sure that students can mark as complete
      4. Under 'Content', make sure 'Display folder contents' is set to inline
      5. Click 'Save and return to course'
      6. Edit course settings, under 'Completion tracking', make sure 'Enable completion tracking' is set to 'Yes', and 'Show activity completion conditions' is set to 'No'.
      7. Click 'Save and display'
      8. CONFIRM that the 'Mark as done' button is visible on the Folder module.

      Students are not able to manually mark a folder activity if "Display folder contents" setting is set to "Inline on a course page".

      To reproduce the bug:
      Have a course with a student enroled, completion enabled and "Show activity completion conditions" setting set to No

      Create a folder setting "Display folder contents" to "Inline on a course page" and "Completion tracking" to "Students can manually mark the activity as completed".

      Log in as student, verify that you are not able to complete the activity because the "Mark as done" button is not visible on the page and the student can't access the folder page to complete it.
