Course module displays poorly when drag and drop action performed

      1. Use Chrome browser and test with Boost and Classic themes
      2. Add a few course activities to a course page.
      3. Turn on edit mode
      4. Press F12 and go to Chrome's Network tab and throttle the connection to be slower (helps to see issue, otherwise it is too fast to see)
      5. Drag and drop a video* of ~2mb (whatever your Moodle will allow for) onto the same block where you other activities are.
      6. When the dialogue box pops up, choose 'Add media to course page'
      7. CONFIRM that the upload progress on its own line and not causing any layout issues.
      8. CONFIRM that the upload progress appears below your last activity, and above the 'Add an activity or resource'.

      It was discovered while testing MDLQA-17163

      Course modules become misaligned and squashed when performing a drag and drop action of media when in edit mode.

      To replicate:

      1. Use Chrome browser
      2. Add a few course activities to a course page.
      3. Turn on edit mode
      4. Press F12 and go to Chrome's Network tab and throttle the connection to be slower (helps to see issue, otherwise it is too fast to see)
      5. Drag and drop a video of ~2mb (whatever your Moodle will allow for) onto the same block where you other activities are.
      6. When the dialogue box pops up, choose 'Add media to course page'
      7. Observer the icons and text of the bottom-most activity is squashed while upload is performed.
