    Description

      Accessibility issue, using keyboard navigation:

      When using the TAB key to navigate the elements (links/menus) on the Main toolbar, it skips a few links/menus and goes from HOME to SEARCH

      (discovered while doing QA to pre Moodle 4.1 version)
