Can not create user profile category on Moodle 3.11.11

      No longer possible to create a user profile fields category after upgrade 3.11.10->3.11.11

      Initially we noticed because one of workplace automated tests failed but later reproduced on vanilla Moodle LMS 3.11.11

      When I press on "Create a new profile category" nothing happens and the error appears in console:
