Rename TinyMCE button for adding multimedia from just "Video"

      Configure editor plugin

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Navigate to Plugins > Text editors > Manage editors in site administration
      3. Enable the TinyMCE editor editor
      4. Navigate to Preferences from user menu
      5. Select User account > Editor preferences
      6. Choose TinyMCE editor as default text editor and save changes

      Manual testing

      1. Create a new course
      2. Confirm presence of editor toolbar button named Multimedia
      3. Press Insert from editor toolbar
      4. Confirm presence of Multimedia menu option
      5. Confirm pressing either open up the Insert media dialogue

      The Video button used in the new TinyMCE editor is actually for inserting all types of multimedia resources - it opens an "Insert media" dialogue and allows for both video/audio files for instance

      Improve the button text to make this clearer (found while reviewing MDL-76278)

      I note the current Atto editor uses "Insert or edit an audio/video file" for the same button/dialogue
