The Video button used in the new TinyMCE editor is actually for inserting all types of multimedia resources - it opens an "Insert media" dialogue and allows for both video/audio files for instance
Improve the button text to make this clearer (found while reviewing MDL-76278)
I note the current Atto editor uses "Insert or edit an audio/video file" for the same button/dialogue
