Course activity chooser search doesn't display all results

      2. Create a course
      3. Turn editing on
      4. Press Add an activity or resource
      5. Type "fo" in the Search box of the Add an activity or resource modal
      6. Confirm you can see all search results

      See screencast, when searching for an activity the results are obscured as the height of their container is constrained:

      This seems to be a regression from MDL-75837 - these changes to the styles are too generic and affect the course activity chooser search (couldn't reproduce the same on stables)
