Learning plan headers do not contain the users' name

      Prerequisites

      1. Assign a user as a manager in Site admin > Users > Assign system roles
      2. Click Manger and add the user you want to be the manager

      Testing from profile page:

      1. Log in as the manager and click "Profile" in the user menu.
      2. Click on "Learning plans"
      3. Verify that the name next to the profile picture is the manager's name

      Testing from the course page:

      1. Still logged in as Manager
      2. Go to a course and click on 'Participants' in the navigation menu then click on a student's name.
      3. Clicking on Learning plans
      4. Verify that the name next to the profile picture is the selected student's name
      5. Go back and click the "Full profile" under the "Miscellaneous"
      6. Click on "Learning plans"
      7. Verify that the name next to the profile picture is the selected student's name

      Decide to split the failed test from MDLQA-17088 in to two issues and this one is for the "Learning plans"

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as the manager and click "Profile" in the user menu.
      2. Check that you have the link "Edit profile" and that it is situated under 'User details'.
      3. The header for the page should have a picture of the manager (if available) and the manager's name.
      4. Clicking on Learning plans
      5. Verify that the name next to the profile picture is not the logged in user name

      From the course

      1. Go to a course and click on 'Participants' in the navigation menu then click on a student's name.
      2. The user's picture and name should be just above the user's details (not above the navigation breadcrumb).
      3. Clicking on Learning plans
      4. Verify that the name next to the profile picture is not the logged in user name
