Set Tiny as default editor

From the user menu choose "Profile"

Edit your profile

Find the description editor

Expand the "More..." button

Confirm that you see the Directionality icons (see screenshot)

As noted by nadavkav, the new TinyMCE is missing the "directionality" buttons, which make it very challenging to work with in RTL languages.
