Course participant shows active users when filtering by inactive and keyword

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create two users:
        • Alfie Apple
        • Barry Banana
      3. Create a course
      4. Enrol both users on the course as students
      5. Ensure admin is also enrolled on a course (they should be, on a default setup)
      6. Navigate to course participants
      7. Set filters to Match > Any > Keyword: Alfie, press return on your keyboard and hit Apply filters
      8. Confirm only "Alfie Apple" is shown
      9. Add Banana to existing Keyword filter, press return on your keyboard and hit Apply filters
      10. Confirm only "Alfie Apple" and "Barry Banana" are shown
      11. Press Add condition
      12. Set second condition to Match > Any > Status: Inactive, and hit Apply filters
      13. Confirm no users are shown
      14. Edit the Status filter, remove "Inactive" and choose "Active", then hit Apply filters
      15. Confirm only "Alfie Apple" and "Barry Banana" are shown

    Description

      Found by kimjared2121 while testing MDLQA-17363.

      The problem happens when you set a Keyword, then set Status filter to "Inactive" and then add another keyword.
