Wrong keyboard handling in course index block in RTL

    Description

      When using right-to-left language, the course index should expand by pressing the left arrow key and collapse by pressing the right arrow key.
      It works the opposite at the moment.

      For easier understanding, the screenshot is made by modifying the English lang pack to show in RTL.
