Log in as a teacher ENSURE  you are using a left-to-right language (LTR) (e.g. English) Go to a course that has at least one student enrolled Click on 'Grades' Choose 'User report' from the dropdown menu Using the 'Select a user' dropdown, select a user Click on the downwards-pointing caret-arrow next to the course name to collapse the report. CONFIRM that the caret-arrow is pointing right. Install a language pack that has RTL directionality (e.g. Hebrew) Once installed, navigate back to the Grades->User report Click on the user profile icon and change the language to the newly installed RTL pack. Click on the downwards-pointing caret-arrow next to the course name to collapse the report. CONFIRM that the caret-arrow is pointing left.
