Moodle 4.1 incorrect name of months in Russian

    Description

      Hi, Moodle team!

      After updating to the current version 4.1, from 4.0.4 the names of the months for the Russian language are displayed incorrectly.

      Everything is correct for other languages: English, Uzbek.

       

      My configuration:

      Windows Server 2012 R2 Russian Edition

      PHP 7.4

      Oracle Database Server 19.16
