Behat for SCORM activity availability (Open/Close) dates (Automate MDLQA-84)

QA testing instructions

1. Log in as a teacher and go to a course.
2. Turn editing on and add or edit a SCORM activity.
3. In the section Availability, enable 'Available from' and set a date in the future.
4. Log out then log in as a student and go to the SCORM activity.
5. Verify it show Opens: [date in the future set on step 3]
6. Verify you are not able to start the Scorm activity.
7. Log out then log in as the teacher again and edit the SCORM activity.
8. In the section Availability, enable 'Available to' instead, and set a date in the past.
9. Log out then log in as the student again and go to the SCORM activity.
10. Verify it show Closed: [date in the past set on step 7]

Once done, please change the affected QA parent to MDLQA-5249
