No links to manual grading/statistics/responses in Quiz in Single activity course format

      Edit the address ...mod/quiz/report.php?id=xx&mode=overview and change overview to grading / responses / statistics as required.

      1. Create course with Single activity format using quiz as the activity
      2. Complete configuring the quiz activity with one question - eg. essay
      3. View quiz activity
      4. Select 'Results' from the Activity menu
      5. The above steps can be repeated in a 'Topics' or 'Custom sections' format as a comparison
      6. Verify that the drop down select for manual grading/statistics/responses is shown in the Single activity format course

      As noticed in a forum post https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=441469#p1776152 and verified by me, if you have an Essay question in a quiz and you use the Single activity format then there is no URL for manual grading, as there is when in topics and other formats.
      You can get to it directly by changing the URL in the browser but not from the dropdown as expected.
