SEB 404 or crash with "The attempt" unchecked

Issue

When the exam attempt is finished students are not allowed to see questions. They should only see their result.

I went to the settings of the quiz and then to review options. I unchecked "The attempt" at "Immediately after the attempt"

This goes fine, when I'm nog using the Safe Exam Browser. However. When using the Safe Exam Browser this goes wrong:

• This goes wrong after clicking on "Submit all and finish"
• If you click on that, you are not directed back to the quiz page, but you'll get a 404 error or the SEB crashes.
• If I do check "the attempt" at "Immediately after the attempt" it works as it should.

Software

• Tested this with MWP 4.0.5 and LMS 4.1.
• Used SEB 3.2.2 for macOS 13.0.1 and 3.4.1 for Windows 11 and Windows 10.
• Used most recent Safari en most recent Chrome as normal browsers.

Workaround

• Keep the attempt" at "Immediately after the attempt" checked.
• Remove the questions at the review page through CSS. #page-mod-quiz-review.course-77
