List the third-party libraries that need to be upgraded

      1. Update the packages : 

        npm install

      2. Run the new task (it might take a few minutes to finish): 

        grunt upgradablelibs > result.txt

      3. Open the result.txt file and check it contains a list of libraries included in the thirdpartylibs.xml. Pick a few of them and verify that:
        • The version and newVersion fields are different.
        • The version meets with the one in the thirdpartylibs.xml file where this library is declared.
        • Access the GitHub repository and check the newVersion meets with the latest version displayed in the Tags section.

      In MDL-74697, the repository was added to the thirdpartylibs.xml file so now we could have a task to check the libraries that have a newer version (so need to be upgraded).

      This is a first step because more automatisation could be applied in the future to create the issues in the tracker (for instance).
