As part of the course, bulk editing teachers should be able to delete both sections and activities in batches.

The workflow is similar to the individual deletion:

The teacher activate bulk edition
Select some activities or sections
click on the delete button in the bulk toolbar
for activities or sections with content, the action will prompt a confirmation modal (UX writing is still pending)
The sections or activities are deleted.
