Make TinyMCE the default editor

      1. Install a site at Moodle 4.1
      2. Upgrade it to the integration/master 

        git remote add integration ~/.moodle-sdk/integration.git 
        git fetch integration
        		 
        git reset --hard integration/master

      3. Run upgrade process
      4. Navigate to Site admin -> Plugins -> Text editors -> Manage editors
        1. Confirm that TinyMCE is enabled
        2. Confirm that Atto is still the default editor
      5. Create a new site Integration site: 

        mdk create -t -n m76866 -i -e pgsql

      6. Login as admin
      7. Navigate to Site admin -> Plugins -> Text editors -> Manage editors
        1. Confirm that TinyMCE is enabled
        2. Confirm that TinyMCE is the default editor
