Members of the community have expressed their frustration about the new activity cards as it results in a massive “scroll of death”, taking a lot of unnecessary vertical space and causing a negative experience to both students and content creator users.
The “scroll of death” block students to quickly scan and understand the course “big picture” and get an overview of the course content at a glance.
With this redesign, we aim to reduce the vertical space used in the current version to improve the scannability of the course overview page and create a responsive component that works well in all screen types.
