Upgrade jQuery to 3.6.4

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Navigate to Site administration ► Development ► Third party libraries.
      3. Verify that jQuery is listed with a version number of 3.6.4.
      4. Navigate to http://[your.local.moodle.site]/lib/tests/other/jquerypage.php.
      5. Verify that the page works and there are no errors in the JavaScript console.
      6. Navigate to Site administration ▶︎ Development ▶︎ Template library (which uses jquery) and select any of the templates.
      7. Verify that the templates are being properly displayed and there are no errors in the JavaScript console. The template samples:
        1. block_myoverview/nav-grouping-selector
        2. block_myoverview/nav-search-widget
        3. core_question/tag_condition
