Upgrade Chart.js to the latest version

      1. Go to Site administration > Development > Third party libraries and make sure Chart.js is listed with 4.2.1 as a version number.
      2. Visit http://[local.moodle]/lib/tests/other/chartjstestpage.php and make sure:
        • 11 charts have been generated, one for each chart type: Pie, Doughnut, Tensioned lines, Smooth lines, Bar chart, Horizontal bar, Stacked bars, Bar chart combined with the line, Area fill and Bar chart with legend options (legend left and legend hidden).
      3. Open the Javascript console in the browser's developer tools.
      4. Make sure it does not display any error while doing actions with all different charts (show/hide data series, click on show chart data).
