Hello,

mp3 and ogg files handled by videojs in Moodle 3.9.19 it shows weird multirow player with "seek to live button" etc. Steps to repeat

1. Add mp3 file to a course section/topic with "insert or edit audio/videofile"-button, notice how player looks normal in editing mode.
2. save and return to course
3. notice how player is missing.

Same problems is with mp3 file in quiz multiplehoice question.
