The autocomplete dropdown in modals have a wrong z-index

    • MOODLE_400_STABLE, MOODLE_401_STABLE

      The autocomplete dropdown causes an extra scrollbar to appear in the modal. If the modal scroll bar is used the autocomlete downdown closes.
