Upgrade Font Awesome to 6.3.0

Setup Login as admin Create a course S size.   Testing instructions 1: Course icons On the course page, turn editing on. Verify icons on the page are different than usual (you can compare them with https://sandbox.moodledemo.net/). Verify icons in action menus look nicer. Edit a course section. Verify the Atto editor has different icons too. Testing instructions 2: Component library Run: grunt componentlibrary Go to <YOURMOODLESITEURL>/admin/tool/componentlibrary/docspage.php/moodle/components/moodle-icons Check the icons displayed on this page look more modern too (you can compare them with https://componentlibrary.moodle.com/admin/tool/componentlibrary/docspage.php/moodle/components/moodle-icons ).   Testing instructions 3: Other icons Go to the content bank Upload the attached H5P file arithmetic-quiz.h5p In the More dropdown, select Make unlisted and click the Exit button to go back to the Content bank main page. Check an eye icon is displayed over the content. Go to Grades. Check the caret arrows are displayed properly in the Course secondary navigation and also in the tertiary navigation. Enable edit mode in the course. Edit manually the class for the activity card (the one that has activity-item) and add the class "editinprogress" too. Check a spinner is displayed on this activity card. Follow the testing instructions in MDL-71089 and check all the icons near the text are displayed. Switch to the Classic theme. Check the caret arrows are displayed in the Navigation block.
