Relative redirect() does not work with ../../

      Description

      The redirect() function includes a clever regular expression that I and Petr wrote. It isn't clever enough to work right when you do ../../ (i.e. more than one ../) though

          OK, I have checked in a fix into HEAD. I don't believe there is any code in Moodle that relies on this ability (redirect with more than one level of ..) yet so it's probably unnecessary to merge this into stable.
