General styling impovements to the Gradebook setup

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Create a course.
      3. Create several activities in the course.
      4. Go to to the Gradebook setup in the course (Grades > Gradebook setup)
      5. Create few grade categories (make sure that some of them are nested)
      6. Create few grade items within the categories.

      Test

      1. Login as admin and go to the course.
      2. Go to to the Gradebook setup in the course (Grades > Gradebook setup)
        1. confirm that the styling of the Gradebook setup table (background, borders, padding) closely matches the one on the figma prototype
        2. confirm that all the items are properly indented based on the hierarchy in the gradebook.
        3. confirm that every grade item (including aggregations) have a label describing the type of the item (e.g. Assignment, Lesson, Manual item, Aggregation, etc.)
        4. confirm that the Actions menus in the table are presented with a horizontal ellipsis icon{}
      3. Click on the 'move' icon on one of the items in the Gradebook setup table.

        2. confirm that the available move areas are represented with a dashed line and are properly indented.

      Summary:

      Based on the figma prototype the aim of this issue is to apply general styling improvements to the Gradebook setup following the same UI patterns as in the User report.

      The goal is to build a more consistent UI within the gradebook pages.

      Scope:

      1. Styling improvements to the Grader report table as defined on the figma prototype.
