Indicators when the state of a grade item or category is changed in the Gradebook setup

Partially covered by Behat tests Create a course Create some activities in course Go to gradebook setup page Add some grade categories (several levels of nesting) Create some manual grade items Put activities in grade categories Ensure each grade item/category has meatball menu instead of Edit dropdown Ensure this elements are available in menu for grade item: Edit grade item, Hide, Lock Ensure manual grade items also have these options: Edit calculation, Delete, Duplicate Ensure grade categories have these options in menu: Edit category, Delete, Hide, Lock, Reset weights Ensure category total items have these menus: Edit calculation, Hide, Lock Ensure there is a new column 'Status' that by default only shows pill 'Natural' for grade categories Play around with grade item/category settings - hide or lock some items Ensure if item is hidden or locked then item will have corresponding icon in status column with a tooltip Change some category settings - aggregation, exclude empty grades etc Make sure that category has a pill with corresponding text
