Indicate where report audiences are used in schedules

    XMLWordPrintable

Details

    Description

      Where we have configured audiences for a given report, and then used some of them in schedules (each can be used 0 or more times in multiple schedules for a single report)

      The audience UI allows you to edit/delete those audiences without giving the user any indication they are in use in schedules

      1. Indicate whether an audience is used in a schedule;
      2. Update deletion confirmation to remind user that the audience is used in a schedule

      There was discussion of preventing audience editing/deletion in these cases, but that feels artificial and would make it awkward to easily amend users of a schedule audience
