Check if tree is displayed. I log in as "admin" I navigate to "Site admin presets" in site administration I click on "Create preset" button I should see "Admin settings" page I should see the settings tree and also the plugin settings tree Check if settings are add to files or not By default all settings should be checked. Do a first export as a reference base this will be ur full settings file. Uncheck some settings for exemple "Activity Chooser Tabs" and try to remember them ( in ur case this setting name is "ACTIVITYCHOOSERTABMODE" ) then export again. Then download and open both files. In the "full settings" file you should see the "ACTIVITYCHOOSERTABMODE" option while in the file for which you deactivated this setting you should not find it.
