After making a private reply on a forum, the following notice appears:

"This is a private reply. It is only visible to you and anyone with the capability to view private replies, such as teachers or managers."

This may seem silly, but when I read that statement, I immediately thought, "Wait, what about the student I'm replying to? Don't they also receive the private reply?"

      I searched Moodle.org and found:

"Private replies: Teachers (or anyone with the capability mod/forum:postprivatereply can reply privately to a forum message. By default, the reply is only seen by the recipient and the teachers of the course, and cannot be replied."

For crystal-clear clarity, I suggest modifying the current notice slightly by adding, ", the recipient," so that the notice would be:

"This is a private reply. It is only visible to you, the recipient, and anyone with the capability to view private replies, such as teachers or managers."

      Thank you.

P.S. I used bold, green font to clearly identify my suggested addition. I do not mean that the actual notice should contain bold or green font.

P.P.S. My university uses Moodle 4.0, so I selected 4.0.6 for the "Affects Version/s" field below. My suggestion might apply to other versions, but since I cannot see how this notice is displayed in other versions, I did not try to guess.
