Go through grade/tests/behat/behat_grade_deprecated.php and grade/report/grader/tests/behat/behat_gradereport_grader_deprecated.php and remove steps that were deprecated in Moodle 4.2 (or earlier).

Go through grade/report/grader/tests/behat/behat_gradereport_grader.php and remove any auxiliary function that mentions this issue

Please add to the description if you know of any other deprecated behat functionality outside of this file that needs to be removed.
