One of the pain points for the course index is that labels only appear in edit mode. 

Showing labels also in view mode is somehow easy, but it is unclear how to handle the click action on the label. The current implementation ignores the click action as labels do not have any URL.

This task evaluates possible solutions to deal with the click event in a label element in the course index.
