Help icon relocation UX design

    Description

The current floating Help icon is interfering with other sticky elements at the bottom right of the screen such a sticky footers.

Users with some experience at Moodle don't need to check the documentation or reach the customer support in a daily basis, and there is no need to display the Help access in such an accessible position.

The benchmarking research shows that most software locate this option in the top navigation, specially in the top right corner next to the profile and notifications area or within the profile options dropdown.

With this relocation, users will have the Help & Support access in a very handy and easy to access place but without interfering with other relevant elements of the screen.
