User profile fields modal unnecessarily complex

1. get rid of the "Common settings' collapsable. It's unnecesasry
2. many of the fields do not even have any "Specific settings" but the fieldset is still present
3. The name "Specific settings" Is weird and confusing

It would be great if we could autogenerate the shortname if one is not provided (or generate as you type the "Name".
