Unnecessary text after course name on Grade page

      1. Create a course
      2. Go to the 'Grades' section
      3. Using the tertiary nav dropdown, navigate to all possible pages.
      4. CONFIRM there is no extra text concatenated onto the end of the heading that contains the course name. (e.g. coursename: View: Grade history)

      Discovered while discussing solution with barbararamiro regarding MDL-76947.

      It has been noted that the course name is concatenated with some extra text on the 'Grades' page of a course (and the other pages accessed via the Grades dropdown). It is not clear what purpose this extra text provides and is most probably a vestige from an earlier layout.

      Are we able to remove this extra text so that only the course name appears above the nav.

      I.e. 

      Course name goes here: View: Grade history

      Looks like it has been like that for a while. I have screenshots going back to 3.11
