Remove cachestore_mongodb from core

      1. Login as an admin.
      2. Go to Site administration / Plugins / Caching / Cache stores
        1. Confirm that Mongodb is not in the list
      3. Go to URLMoodleSite/cache/stores/mongodb/settings.php
        1. Confirm that you get a 404 ("Not found") page

      I'm going to suggest that we really should remove cachestore_mongodb from core.

      It was only ever created as an example, and really is not a performant cache store. It's high time it was just... removed.
