Migrate moodle-tool_capability-search to ESM

Log in as admin Navigate to Users > Permissions > Capability overview in site administration Enter "h5p" in the Search input Confirm only matching capabilities are shown (those that contain the searched string) Select the following capabilities (hold down CTRL on your keyboard for multi-selection): contenttype/h5p:access contenttype/h5p:useeditor Press Get the overview Confirm only matching capabilities for the previous search are shown (those that contain the searched string) Confirm the same two capabilities are still selected Confirm Permissions in System table (bottom of the page) shows the two previously selected capabilities Clear the text from the Search input Confirm all capabilities are now listed
