Activity completion after max number of attempts reached

      1. Upload a test in SCORM format that passes the Passed status upon reaching a minimum score of X %.
      2. In the activity settings, inside the activity completion section, choose "Require miminum score": X.
      3. In the activity settings, inside the attempts management section, set number of attempts equal to N, force new attempt: always and lock after final attempt: yes.
      4. In the course completion settings, set this activity completion es the only requirement for the course completion.

      Expected behaviour. If you fail the activity less than N times, the activity and the course are not marked as completed. If you fail the activity N times, you can't access the activity anymore, the activity status is displayed as failed, it's not marked as completed and, therefore, the course is not mark as completed ether.

      Actual behaviour. If you fail the activity less than N times, the activity and the course are not marked as completed If you fail the test N times, you can't access the activity anymore, the activity status is displayed as failed, but the activity is considered completed and so is the course
