User profile page width too narrow

In Moodle 4 the user's profile page is the narrow page width. However, on desktops which defaults to two columns which just feels too crowded and cluttered - especially with long course titles. I think this page /user/profile.php would be better served with a mediumwidth class. And/or the columns should break-down to single columns at a lower breakpoint.
