    Description

It would be great, if you could create events for a special group of or single users.

It should be global but only for users the creator of the event selects.

You should be able to assign that event to a global cohort and/or single users.

The events should appear in the calendar of these users.

I suggest there would be a new event categorie called "custom events" where you can assign events to a global cohort and/or single users (like manual enrollment), so that everyone can hide all "custom events" like every other categorie.

Furthermore it would be great if the rights for calendar would be more detailed, so that you can give or take single users the right to manage events in one category but not in a different one. And the right to give a person the right to create "custom events" for the cohorts they are part of only.  That would be amazing.

So students could create events for their group and their group only. So students could be in charge of the events of the whole group.
