Log in as admin

Navigate to Reports > Event monitoring rules in site administration

(Enable event monitoring if currently disabled)

Press Add new rule

Enter a Rule name

Open Area to monitor select element

Confirm plugins are grouped by type ("Activity modules", "Admin tools", etc)

Select "Core > Subsystem (core_customfield)"

Confirm the Event select element now contains only "Custom field" related events

Select Custom field created

Press Save changes

Confirm new rule is listed on the Event monitoring rules page

The list is a big jumbled list of components/plugins without any context as to what/where they are located

I've set as blocked by ~~MDL-77259~~, because it makes sense that we have all available events listed before trying to organise them

This is exactly the same as what was proposed and implemented elsewhere in ~~MDL-70158~~ & ~~MDL-72500~~
