When we back to the course page after visiting an activity or resource  Moodle 4+ always scrolls to the top. We have been working on different approaches in this issue, MDL-75762 and the only thing that we know for sure is that we shouldn't use scrollspy as a technical solution. That means that we need to go for a different approach that implies UX decisions.
To be able to decide which will be a better solution we need to prepare to demo sites with two possible solutions to check with the users.
      **

THIS TASK IS ABOUT - The first approach:

      • One scrollbar for the Course index, and a second scrollbar for content and block drawer. This will be the scrollbar page.

      The second approach:

      • One scrollbar for Course index, a second scrollbar for the block drawer and a scrollbar page for content.

With these two approaches, we will prepare some demos for UX who will conduct some interviews and user testing sessions within.
