Forum discussion that is both pinned and starred by a user should show both status icons

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a course
      3. Navigate to course Announcements forum
      4. Add three new discussion topics ("Topic 1...Topic 3")
      5. Open Actions menu for Topic 3 and press Pin this discussion
      6. Confirm discussion has pinned icon upon reload
      7. Open Actions menu for Topic 2 and press Pin this discussion
      8. Press Star this discussion for Topic 2
      9. Confirm Topic 2 is shown as both starred and pinned
      10. Press Unstar this discussion for Topic 2
      11. Confirm Topic 2 shown pinned (and not starred)

      Currently, if a discussion is both pinned and starred by an individual user, the only status icon displayed is the pin.

      I believe the user should see both icons to be assured that once the teacher unpins the discussion, that discussion will remain "bookmarked" (starred) for the user. The user should not be forced to click on the three dots menu for pinned discussions to check / recall if they have been starred or not.
