The goal is to add a behat test to verify a teacher can set one of four course formats

QA testing instructions

This test requires a newly created course containing only the Announcements forum.

1. Log in as a teacher, go to the course, then Settings.
2. Set the course format to Topics, then click the 'Save and display' button.
3. Verify that the course page displays topic sections.
4. Turn editing on and then delete the Announcements forum.
5. Return to the course edit settings page and set the course format to Single activity.
6. Verify when changing the format, the page reloads and you remain in the same place on the page (not at the top of the page).
7. Select Glossary as the activity type then click the 'Save and display' button.
8. Enter a name for the glossary then click the 'Save and display' button.
9. Verify that the course page displays a glossary.
10. Return to the course edit settings page and set the course format to Weekly, then click the 'Save and display' button.
11. Verify that the course page displays weekly sections.
12. Return to the course edit settings page, set the course format to Social, then click the 'Save and display' button.
13. Verify that the course page displays a forum.
