Textarea database field should honor preferred editor format

Setup Login as admin Create a user t1 Create a course Add t1 as editingteacher to the course Add a database activity Add a new field of type Text area to the database activity   Testing instructions Login as t1. In the user's editor preferences, choose "Plain text area" Add a new entry Verify you see "Moodle auto-format" in the list below the Text area field. Write something to the entry (for instance "This is a `text`.") and set the format to "Markdown format". Verify the text is correctly represented in the entry. Edit the entry. Verify that the format still is "Markdown format".
