Overriding a grade within the gradebook causes the grade to be shown to the student, ignoring the Marking Workflow state. This can cause issues with grades that shouldn't be released yet as they are still being validated.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Grade an assignment that has Marking Workflow enabled, and set the state to anything other than Released.
• In the gradebook, select a user and tick the Override All/None box and enter a manual grade.
• On the student account, the grade is now visible in the assignment page within Grades.
