We are currently using Marking Guides in forum activities to help instructors grade student responses. In the Assignment grader there is a general comments section that feeds to the grade book and allows for the rich text editor so faculty can add media or audio, to their responses. This seems to have been left out of the forum update. There is no general comment section when there are attached marking guides that 1) Feeds back to the grade book, and 2) allows for the WYSIWYG editor. 

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Create a Moodle Forum
2. Attaching a Marking Guide
3. Test grading and leaving comments
4. Check grade book to see if any comments carried over. 
5. Attempt to add an audio recording or video feedback to a forum grade.
