Move the select checkboxes at the begining of each row in the Gradebook setup

      1. Create a course
      2. Create few assigments
      3. Go to gradebook setup page
      4. Ensure there is no Select column
      5. Ensure you can't see any checkboxes near activity name
      6. Create grade category
      7. Put some assigments in created grade category
      8. Ensure now you can see checkboxes near activity name or category
      9. Ensure ticking/unticking grade category checkbox also tick/untick all grade items/categories checkboxes inside it
      10. Ensure ticking/unticking course grade category checkbox also tick/untick all grade items/categories
      11. If grade category checkbox is ticked, then unticking any grade item/category inside it should also untick parent category checkbox

      Summary:

      This issue is a part of the proposed improvements to the bulk moving of items in the Gradebook setup.

      Based on the figma prototype the aim of this issue is to improve the UI and move the existing select checkboxes at the beginning of each row (grade items and categories) and than remove the existing 'Select' column in the Gradebook setup table.

      All existing functionality related to selecting/de-selecting items should be preserved.

      Scope:

      1. Remove the 'Select' column from the Gradebook setup table and instead move all checkboxes within the ‘Name’ column (aligned to the left so it’s the first item).
      2. All preexisting functionality around selecting items should be preserved.
