Login as admin.

Install the Hebrew language (or any RTL language).

Go to Site administration > Courses > Manage course categories and courses.

Create a few courses in a category, for example in Miscellaneous.

Create a category named "New category" that has 2 sub-categories.

Switch language to RTL lang (for instance, Hebrew).

Press on the "actions menu" of "New category"

Make sure that course checkboxes are not shown anymore on the menu.

In RTL, the languages checkbox of courses displays over the category actions menu.

Create category named "new cat" that has 2 sub-categories
Go to page: Manage course categories and courses
In RTL lang- in example hebrew
1. View courses on cat "Miscellaneous" (wwwroot.course/management.php?categoryid=1)
2. Press on "actions menu" of "new cat"
3. Make sure that checkbox of courses from "cat1" are above action menu
