Display full course name in content bank for selection

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create two courses:
        • Full name: Badgers 101; Short name: B-101
        • Full name: Zebras 101; Short name: Z-101
      3. Navigate to site Content bank
      4. Open the select item to switch between system/category/course context
      5. Confirm the full name is listed for each course (Badgers 101/Zebras 101)

      It's quite confusing that the content bank context selection element shows course shortnames instead of their fullnames as displayed almost everywhere else in user-facing interfaces (I scanned MDL-72099 to see if it had been discussed/considered)

      I propose it would be clearer to show the name that users are most familiar with (the course fullname), to allow for selection
